EVERY DAY HAVE AT LEAST:
1. 1 QUART MIXED VEGETABLE JUICE
2. 1 BOWL FRESH HOMEMADE SOUP
3. 1 SERVING GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES
4. 1 SERVING WHOLE GRAINS
5. 1 SEA PLANT
6. 1 QUART SIERRA MADRE TEA
7. 1 FRESH RAW VEGETABLE SALAD WITH SPROUTS
8. 8 OZ. FRESH CARROT JUICE WITH 1/2 AVOCADO
( Mash avocado into carrot juice; let it sit for 30 min. stirring every few minutes. Drink juice through a straw.)
9. DO NOT ALLOW MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO ELAPSE BETWEEN EATING OR DRINKING SOMETHING.
